Death. It is a certainty. The guarantor of this inevitable fate is the universe itself. All things herein must come to pass, even the universe itself. Death is the natural, sacred order of things. It cannot be swayed, cannot be delayed. Everything has a judgement day.
Why do we live in fear of it? Why do we think it is so bad? What is so grand about the knowability of living that causes us to detest the uncertainty of death?
It is untempered lust for living that yields the greatest suffering. It is unconditional love of death that is truly freeing.
With Eyes Towards Death
Live each moment as though it were your last. In this way, all trivialities melt away. You are free to simply be, to enjoy life’s simplicity. Nothing weighs upon you, for you are living in death. All experiences are welcome when death itself becomes a welcome thought. In embracing finality with humility, we find cosmic harmony.
By seeing through the lens of both living and death simultaneously, our vision becomes clear. The mysterious truth nestled in the space between things becomes apparent. The quiet voice at the heart of all creation is given volume.
Run Away to be Tormented
The more you run, the greater the burden of existence. Do you seek torment? Perhaps you have become addicted to pain without realizing it. You may decry suffering, and yet your actions do nothing but amplify your sorrow. This is because you still cling erringly to life.
All things are but distractions and pastimes. Our careers, our friends, our families, our emotions. Love is the only truth, and love of death is the truest absolution. All other religions and faiths are pretenses to communicate this one knowable unknowability.
I love you, and so I glorify your death. I love you, and so I remember you will die. I love myself, and so I embrace my own end. I love, and therefore, I must die.
Our willingness to die is the truest expression of love. Not suicide, but living with death in mind. The most authentic life is lived in death. Suicide can thusly be described as running from death.
Are you ready to die? Are you ready to let go?
Every Moment
Any moment can be your last. When you accept this, the subtleties of existence become self-apparent. You think and move with grace and beauty that can only come from truth. Your conscience is freed, doubt is diminished, and everything is in its right place.
When you stop moving, stop chasing, and stop clinging, you become free. You do not have to be anything except what you are. You do not need to strive, for the world shall move around you to take you where you need to go. Everything that needs to be done shall be done. Everything that needs to be said will be said. This is faith.
Strength
Love of death is not weakness. It is the strength to live life with conviction. Death does not denote pain, but ultimate freedom: the spirit’s dissociation from material form to return to the realm of the unformed. Death is not the end, but the mountain peak beyond which infinity abounds.
Do you seek the strength to live? Then embrace your death and detach from life. You will live more truly and more completely. Life is naught but filled with glittering lights and distractions. Demons and parasites seek to dissuade you from the truth by convincing you to live in perpetual distraction from death.
Love isn’t in holding on, but learning to let go. Such love serves as the font for indomitable strength. When you live with love of death, you live in mastery of reality.
